Converting
Eight lines under one roof, a park that grows every year. Product changeovers are planned, not improvised: the format library, the tooling and the line settings are held per product, so a repeat order comes back the same.

This is what the plant holds across a year, with format changeovers and maintenance counted in — not a nameplate maximum. Availability for a given format in a given window is a different question, and a shorter one: ask us and we will answer with a number we can hold.
What we can change for you
Product
Core construction, size set, fastening, leg cuff, topsheet and backsheet selection, wetness indicator, printing.
Packaging
Bag film and print, count per bag, case board grade, case dimensions, pallet pattern, labelling and barcoding.
Raw material
Nonwoven, SAP, fluff pulp, adhesive and elastic sourced to your specification, or to ours when you prefer us to decide.
Brand
Pure private label · co-branding · or distribution under Nateen or Hospeen if you would rather not build a brand.
Getting it to you
Full containers, direct shipment, or delivery into your third-party logistics provider. We also run a plant in Jacksonville, Florida — USA Big Mountain Paper Inc. — which converts the same adult range for the North American market, so a programme can be split or moved between the two.
